With the C, G, Y, the off-center control is control authority, its set to 40I set mine to 34 to slow down the rate in the middle. Nope, it can be set for both elevator and ailer on separately. Play with that one. I think the cyclic ring just limits the amount of travel that you have so as not to bind servos
